Bovo-Tighe Thanks its Clients for the Chance to Help Them Make a Difference in 2017
As many of you know, Bovo-Tighe’s mission is to unlock and unleash the full contribution of the people with whom we have the honor to work. We awake their passion for excellence, align that passion with the strategic vision, and measurably raise productivity and profitability.
Here are the organizations with which we had the privilege to work in 2017:
ASCI is a global leader in the delivery of supply chain and asset management solutions to asset-intensive industries. ASCI has a strong reputation for safety, highly skilled personnel, and consistent adaptation to new challenges. We work with them to keep these values and mindsets sharp through employee development programs.
DB Schenker is a leading and fast-growing global logistics service provider with 235,000 employees in 130 countries. They “are and will continue to be” the supply chain partner of choice for top companies globally. Bovo-Tighe is working with Schenker on middle-management leadership training, and on developing a company training academy.
Mistras is a “one source” global provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructure, including comprehensive Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services for a broad range of industries. Bovo-Tighe works with their executives on strategic leadership development.

PG&E is Central and Northern California’s energy utility, with 20,000 employees serving 16 million people. Bovo-Tighe works with Human Resources to deliver professional skill development programs through PG&E’s training academy.
Genentech is a leading biotechnology company that discovers, develops, manufactures and commercializes medicines to treat patients with serious or life-threatening medical conditions. Bovo-Tighe has conducted many employee and leadership development programs for mid-level and senior managers to support this mission over the last decade.
Portola Pharmaceuticals develops and commercializes therapies that advance patient care in thrombosis and other hematologic diseases. Bovo-Tighe works with them on employee engagement and employee development programs.
The City of Palo Alto, in the heart of Silicon Valley, serves a diverse community of citizens and businesses and works hard to balance their often-competing needs. The city also must lead in civic technology innovation as reflection of its high-tech communities. Bovo-Tighe has been working with many city departments on building “high tech” employee leadership and collaborative skills sets.
St. Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, CA is a 93-bed acute care hospital offering a wide range of services to residents in both Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. St. Louise is dedicated to investing in its most critical resources: People. With Bovo-Tighe, the hospital has implemented employee development programs and executive coaching.

Stokley Properties provides property management services in the California counties of Contra Costa and Alameda in the San Francisco Bay Area. Stokley has over $250 million dollars of properties under management and nearly 750,000 square feet of property leased. With Bovo-Tighe, they are engaged in strategic planning and employee development.
Milliman is a global actuarial firm with pension, health, life and casualty consulting, among other services. Milliman and Bovo Tighe designed an organizational assessment to gather feedback from their 110 advisory practices worldwide. We surveyed Milliman teams to identify where they were doing well and where they could improve, feeding the data into a series of online meetings with practice leaders to evaluate and apply the survey results. Several practices then engaged Bovo Tighe to design implementation programs in support of their continuous improvement initiatives.
In closing, we are going to borrow a slogan from ASCI that reflects a mindset to which we very much relate:
“For us, good enough is never good enough, and we prove it to our clients with continuous improvement and enormous return on investment.”
We look forward to acting on this sentiment for these and all our new clients in 2018.
Happy Holidays to all, and to all a Great New Year!
